RISE Partnership works with Carewell SEIU 503, a Long-Term Care Trust, and State Worker Training Trust to deliver benefits and training to in-home care providers, workers in nursing home facilities, and State of Oregon employees.
Carewell SEIU 503 is the family of health, support and training benefits hardwon by SEIU 503 in-home care providers. These benefits, previously known as the Oregon Homecare Workers Supplemental and Benefit Trusts, were designed by workers, for workers for stability, support, and dignity.
