For the fourth consecutive year, RISE Partnership has been named an Oregon Top Workplace!
Awarded by The Oregonian, the Top Workplace award is given to Oregon employers who demonstrate outstanding workplace qualities as determined by an anonymous employee survey.
RISE Partnership employees received this voluntary survey in April 2025 and were asked to grade their employer on qualities including responsiveness from management, sense of belonging, pay and benefits, and more. Based on those survey results, RISE Partnership was named a Top Workplace among all participating medium-sized organizations.
