Care Pathways provides accessible career navigation and job placement to new and experienced care providers. With offerings like nursing assistant training, educational resources, and peer support, Care Pathways helps workers build stable, rewarding careers.
Carewell SEIU 503
Carewell SEIU 503 is the family of training and benefits hard-won by Oregon homecare and personal support workers. Created through the bargaining efforts of labor union SEIU Local 503, Carewell SEIU 503 is the hub for Oregon care providers to manage and access:
- State-required training
- Dental, Vision + Hearing, Healthcare Cost Assistance, and Employee Assistance Program benefits
- Care job matching services
Essential Worker Healthcare Trust
Essential Worker Healthcare Trust (EWHT) is person-centered healthcare coverage for long-term care workers, created in partnership with SEIU Local 503 and responsible employers. EWHT allows Oregon care facility workers to enroll in healthcare plans that are often more affordable than their employer-sponsored option.
Uplift Oregon
Uplift Oregon is a labor-management partnership between the State of Oregon, and the unions SEIU 503 and AFSCME Council 75. Through this collaboration, Uplift Oregon provides quality training and education in benefits, wellness, and equity.
