For the 5th consecutive year, RISE Partnership has been named a 2026 Oregon Top Workplace!
Published annually in partnership with The Oregonian, the Top Workplace award is given to Oregon employers who demonstrate outstanding workplace qualities as determined by quantitative feedback through an anonymous, optional employee survey.
The Workplace Survey was distributed to RISE Partnership staff in April 2026, and included questions on workplace culture, responsiveness from management, and more. Based on those survey results, RISE was once again named an award winner for organizations with 100-499 employees.
“As an organization dedicated to improving the lives of union workers, it feels especially affirming to receive an award from our very own staff,” says Katie Coombes, RISE Partnership Executive Director. “RISE has grown a lot in the past 5 years, and we are grateful to our staff for continuing to make this organization a place where people feel valued, supported, and empowered.”
