Licensed practical nurses (LPNs) in Oregon are college-level credentialed professionals who provide vital care to patients, including administering medication and monitoring patient conditions. In a long-term care setting, LPNs are an important part of the healthcare team, managing certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and working alongside registered nurses to provide care support to residents.
Care Pathways offers a free LPN training program in partnership with Avamere. Current Avamere CNAs and CMAs may apply to the program at the bottom of this page. Please review all training and certification information first before applying.
