Who we are
A 501 c(3) nonprofit rooted in respect, integrity, service, and equity ensuring that workers we serve have access to education, advancement opportunities, and benefits that support good union jobs.
How we work
At RISE, we believe strong labor-management partnerships (LMPs) are key to solving workforce shortages and empowering workers to have a meaningful voice in workplace solutions. LMPs bring union workers and employers together to identify challenges and co-create solutions that meet everyone’s needs.
What we do
We support workers holistically, building training programs and benefit offerings with workers and employers. Our approach combines wraparound supports, paid earn-as-you-learn models, and affordable healthcare plans.
