Take the next step in your healthcare career
Free licensed practical nurse (LPN) training for eligible Avamere employees.
Avamere, RISE Partnership, and SEIU 503 have partnered with Rogue Community College (RCC) to support eligible care workers in completing practical nursing education.
Participants complete college level LPN coursework through RCC while receiving coordinated support from RISE throughout the program. During this time, you keep your current employment status with Avamere and retain your employer-based benefits. You also have one-on-one mentorship with RISE Partnership staff throughout the duration of the program.
Applications for our 2026 cohort have been closed.
