RISE Partnership is excited to announce the launch of the Care Pathways website! This new resource from RISE Partnership is designed to support and guide care providers as they start or advance in their care career.
By launching Care Pathways, RISE Partnership is creating a new initiative to recruit in-home care providers into the field with extended support during the application and training process. In collaboration with RISE programs Carewell SEIU 503 and Long-Term CareWorks, Care Pathways will connect workers to benefits and training navigation in addition to offering career guidance into enhanced certification classes, certified nursing assistant (CNA) training opportunities, and more.
Like all of RISE Partnership’s programs, Care Pathways is committed to the principles of respect, integrity, service, and equity.
